Lead Pastors
Pastor John and Liz Wachira Kamau are the resident pastors of Jubilee Christian Church Nottingham. They share a great passion for the gospel, and are committed to spreading love and compassion. Their desire is to raise a Godly generation with both a passion for and understanding of the teachings of Jesus Christ. To do this, they are building a relevant, multicultural Church, where all can find a place to take on the Word of God, so that they may grow, find a sense of belonging, and live a victorious life by fulfilling their God given purpose.
Pastor John and Liz are happily married. They are dynamic leaders that have allowed God to use them to impact this generation. They serve with excellence, zeal, integrity and have a passion to see lives transformed through the Gospel. Both Pastor John and Liz pride themselves on their skills of communication, which allow them to preach the Word of God with power and clarity.
For the last 16 years they have been serving under the leadership of Bishop Allan Kiuna. Pastor John and Liz are submitted under the leadership of their spiritual Father Bishop Allan Kiuna, and their spiritual Mother Reverend Kathy Kiuna who are overseers of all Jubilee Christian Churches.
General Overseers
In September 1998, during a time of intensive prayer, the Lord instructed Bishop Allan and Rev. Kathy Kiuna to start Jubilee Christian Church. The first service was held on the 7th of January 1999 in a small restaurant with only a few people in attendance. Since then, the church has gone from strength to strength. The numbers have grown rapidly and expanded into several branches around the world.
Bishop Allan and Rev. Kathy Kiuna are the Senior Pastors and General Overseers of the vibrant Jubilee Christian Church Globally which encompasses a thriving assembly of church branches spread out across Africa, the UK, Canada and the US, and they’re committed to seeing people’s lives change as they are impacted by the truths of God’s Word.
Bishop Allan is a shepherd, a prolific author, a dynamic teacher, an authentic mentor, a visionary leader, and a powerful communicator, whose ministry has impacted thousands of people all over the globe.
Rev. Kathy Kiuna is a dynamic teacher, a powerful communicator, Music minister, worship leader, prolific author and professional marriage counsellor. She is the visionary of the Daughter of Zion (DOZ) ministry. Whose mandate is to “Raise the standard among women”. They have both written numerous books, teachings and newspaper columns that have challenged people’s thoughts regarding the Body of Christ amongst many other things, with remarkable outcomes.
Bishop Allan Kiuna is happily married to Reverend Kathy Kiuna and together they are blessed with three wonderful children and three Grandchildren.
Bishop Allan and Rev. Kathy Kiuna serve under the leadership of Rev. Teresia Wairimu who served under the great Evangelist Reinhard Bonnke.

What We Believe
OUR STATEMENT OF FAITH
- We believe in God, the only creator of the universe. We believe that He is eternally existent in three persons; God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit. (Genesis 1:1, Gen. 1:26, Ephesians 4:5-6, Matthew 3:16-17, Mathew 28:19)
- We believe The Bible contains the inspired and infallible Word of God. (2 Timothy 3:16, 2 Peter 1: 20-21).
- We believe that the redemptive work of Christ on the cross provides divine healing for the body and salvation for the soul of everyone that believes. (1 Peter 2: 24; Acts 3: 16, Acts 9: 32 -35)
- We believe in speaking of tongues by the power of the Holy Spirit – 1Cor 14:4
- We believe in Jesus Christ. (John 1: 1-4; John 10:30; Hebrews 1:1-5)
- We believe that He was born of a virgin (Matthew 1:18-25; Luke 1:30-35)
- We believe that He was conceived of the Holy Spirit (Matthew 1:18-25, Luke 1:30-35)
